These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and mobile applications, including; but not limited to the Website. By accessing, viewing, downloading, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Website and conclude a legally binding contract with Bello Diamonds. Do not access or use the Website if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms of Website.
At Bello Diamonds, we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if you decide to return an item for any reason, we’re here to make it easy. We offer a 30-day return policy with no questions asked and a full refund guaranteed.
We provide FREE return shipping on all eligible items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in unworn condition and include the original packaging, documentation, and diamond certificate.
If the item shows signs of wear or use, a $500 fee will be deducted from your refund. Lost or altered diamond certificates will incur a $150 replacement fee, which will also be deducted from the refund. Appraisal fees ($50) are non-refundable. For engraved rings, a $50 engraving removal fee will be deducted.
The 30-day return period starts from the date the order is delivered.
Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, custom-designed pieces and resized items are not eligible for return. Additionally, items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
To ensure safe delivery, all eligible returns must be securely packaged. When sending your return, you are required to provide the following photos:
Approval of returns depends on the quality and accuracy of these images. If the required photos are not submitted or do not meet our standards, the return will not be insured, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. However, bespoke custom designs are only eligible for cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Contact Bello Diamonds Customer Service. If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number and the word “Return” in the subject line. In the email body, clearly state your return request and provide any relevant details.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the item, along with the diamond certificate and appraisal certificate, inside the original packaging.
Please note that Bello Diamonds is not responsible for shipping errors. We highly recommend using a staffed shipping location to ensure your package is handled properly.
Be sure to obtain a shipping receipt—this serves as your proof of shipment and insurance coverage.
Once we receive the return parcel, our quality assessment team will inspect the item and begin the refund process. Please note the customer may receive a follow-up email or inquiry to determine the eligibility if the item is not in like-new condition. Refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days to process after the refund is approved. Refunded amounts will be issued via the original payment method used in the original purchase. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear.
To maintain the exceptional craftsmanship and high quality of our jewelry, and to ensure fairness for all customers, we discourage serial returns and bracketing. Bracketing refers to purchasing multiple variations of a product with the intention of returning the unwanted ones. Returns from orders suspected of bracketing will not be accepted.
We appreciate your understanding that this practice of over-ordering contributes to issues of over-consumption and sustainability, which ultimately harms the environment.

Gift cards, including promotional gift cards, have no cash value and may not be redeemed, exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash except where required by applicable law. Gift cards may only be used toward the purchase of eligible merchandise and services offered by Bello Diamonds.
If a gift card is used in whole or in part toward the purchase of merchandise and the merchandise is subsequently returned, any portion of the purchase price originally paid with a gift card shall be refunded solely in the form of a Bello Diamonds gift card or store credit. No cash refund shall be issued for any amount originally paid using a gift card.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless expressly authorized by Bello Diamonds.
Promotional gift cards issued through giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, events, social media promotions, influencer campaigns, customer appreciation programs, or similar promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be resold, assigned, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for cash equivalents, and may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent, improper, unauthorized, or abusive means.
Bello Diamonds reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance with promotional rules prior to redemption.
Promotional gift cards may be subject to separate promotional rules, eligibility requirements, redemption limitations, expiration dates, or other restrictions. In the event of any conflict between promotional rules and these Terms & Conditions, Bello Diamonds shall determine the applicable terms in its sole discretion.
The Caesars Entertainment VIP Gift Card Promotion ("Promotion") is offered in collaboration with Caesars Entertainment and Bello Diamonds. Eligible attendees of the Caesars VIP Diamond Giveaway Event will receive a promotional Bello Diamonds Gift Card with a value of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00 USD), subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Gift Card Value
Each Gift Card has a promotional value of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00 USD) and may be applied toward the purchase of eligible merchandise from Bello Diamonds.
2. Eligible Merchandise
The Gift Card may be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible merchandise sold by Bello Diamonds, including but not limited to:
The Gift Card may also be applied toward any other jewelry merchandise offered by Bello Diamonds that is not specifically excluded under these Terms & Conditions.

Bello Diamonds reserves the right to determine merchandise eligibility at its sole discretion.
4. Expiration
The Gift Card must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. Any unused value remaining after the expiration date shall expire and be forfeited. Expired Gift Cards shall not be reinstated, refunded, replaced, or credited.
5. One-Time Promotional Offer
The Gift Card is a promotional gift and may be redeemed only once. Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited and shall not be carried forward unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Non-Transferable
The Gift Card is intended solely for the recipient to whom it was issued and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash.
7. No Cash Value
The Gift Card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any monetary equivalent.
8. Promotions and Discounts
The Gift Card may be used in conjunction with Bello Diamonds sitewide sales and advertised sale pricing.
The Gift Card may not be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon code, discount code, gift card promotion, giveaway offer, affiliate promotion, influencer promotion, employee discount, special event pricing, bundle offer, financing incentive, or any other promotional incentive unless expressly authorized by Bello Diamonds.
In the event multiple promotions are available, the Gift Card may only be applied to qualifying purchases at the advertised sale price and may not be stacked with additional promotional discounts.
9. Returns and Exchanges
If merchandise purchased using the Gift Card is returned, any refund shall be subject to the Bello Diamonds Return Policy. The promotional value of the Gift Card shall not be refunded in cash. Any approved refund may be issued as store credit at Bello Diamonds' sole discretion.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Bello Diamonds is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, altered, duplicated, or unauthorized use of any Gift Card.
11. Fraud and Abuse
Bello Diamonds reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or revoke any Gift Card in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized transfer, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bello Diamonds and Caesars Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the Gift Card.
13. Modification and Termination
Bello Diamonds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Redemption or use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all policies published by Bello Diamonds.
15. Administration of Promotion
This Promotion is administered solely by Bello Diamonds. Caesars Entertainment is not responsible for the administration, redemption, fulfillment, customer service, operation, or management of the Gift Card program. All questions regarding Gift Card eligibility, redemption, purchases, returns, exchanges, and customer service should be directed to Bello Diamonds.
Bello Diamonds is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, unauthorized, or improperly redeemed gift cards. Gift cards shall be treated as cash by the holder, and the risk of loss passes to the recipient upon delivery.
Replacement gift cards may be issued solely at Bello Diamonds' discretion and only upon satisfactory proof of purchase and verification of ownership.
If an order paid in whole or in part with a gift card is later determined to be fraudulent, subject to a chargeback, obtained through unauthorized means, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions, Bello Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the order, refuse fulfillment, recover merchandise where permitted by law, and void any associated gift card balance, promotional credit, store credit, or promotional benefit.
Bello Diamonds reserves the right to investigate any gift card activity, order, account, or transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized use, resale, multiple-account activity, promotional abuse, or circumvention of these Terms & Conditions.
During any investigation, Bello Diamonds may suspend redemption, withhold merchandise, cancel orders, freeze gift card balances, revoke promotional credits, require additional verification, or take any other action deemed necessary to protect its interests.
Bello Diamonds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, suspend, void, or cancel any gift card, promotional credit, order, or transaction where misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, technical error, pricing error, administrative error, or any attempt to circumvent promotional rules is suspected.
Bello Diamonds further reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue any gift card program, promotion, offer, benefit, or redemption feature at any time, with or without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All decisions made by Bello Diamonds regarding gift card issuance, eligibility, redemption, disputes, investigations, and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
Gift cards are issued solely by Bello Diamonds and constitute a limited contractual obligation of Bello Diamonds only.
In the event of a sale, merger, acquisition, transfer of assets, change of ownership, corporate restructuring, conversion to a different legal entity, dissolution, bankruptcy, insolvency proceeding, cessation of operations, or operation under a successor entity, Bello Diamonds reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to honor, discontinue, modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the redemption of any outstanding gift cards, promotional gift cards, store credits, or promotional balances.
Gift card holders shall have no claim against any successor, purchaser, acquiring entity, affiliate, owner, member, manager, officer, director, employee, or related party unless such party expressly agrees in writing to assume such obligations.
Any failure by Bello Diamonds to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision or any other provision in the future.
Bello Diamonds expressly reserves all rights, remedies, defenses, and protections available under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bello Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the issuance, use, misuse, loss, theft, cancellation, suspension, redemption, or inability to redeem any gift card, promotional gift card, store credit, or promotional balance.
Purchase, acceptance, possession, use, or redemption of a Bello Diamonds gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time. Bello Diamonds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Bello Diamonds mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bello Diamonds (“Bello Diamonds”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bello Diamonds. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18666506944 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Bello Diamonds mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
